I love this app! It's amazing! Sometimes, what really ticks me off is that I can't leave groups I no longer stan. It says to fix my internet connection, when I litearly always have perfect internet. Also, the subtitles are sometimes a bit slow and don't always work. It will also sometimes not let me post at all, which is freaking annoying! Edit: I can Unfollow groups, but I'm still having problems posting stuff. Same reason!?!

Edit: This app isn't as good as it used to be. Almost all the useful features are behind a paywall now. You no longer get translation unless you want to pay! I love this app. It's a great way to communicate with the artists and other fans. A bit of a warning though, just like any other app or site when you get millions of people trying to rush in at once to see what the artist post the translator does freeze up and won't translate.

I give a lot of my storage from my phone to this app. Plus I have kept it updated, and it doesn't work right, still. I can't see the pictures, my favorite artists send. Nor can I see their pics on their icons. No matter how many times I uninstall and install this app back it still acts up with me. Please fix this situation, because it makes me upset.

weverse application does not work on Android cell phones. This has been a problem for two weeks or more. I called Samsung technical support, and they went through my device and said it's not my phone. It's the Weverse application. The application works on my Apple desktop just fine. I sent complaints to weverse via online application help and got standard. Check the most current app version; etc. Basically, I got nowhere with them. I've checked with a couple of Android users, app not working.

I used to love this app, but the recent updates have given it a bug it seems. I cannot always see artist photos or videos that get posted, I cannot view the video portion of live streams but I can see the chat. Sometimes I have to uninstall and reinstall to fix the issue but it always comes back but it doesn't always work either. I am disappointed now with this app.

April 4, Still having the same issues as a couple of months ago Can you guys give those of us with Android 12 or earlier the option to roll back to an earlier version of WEVERSE so we can have all functionality. I should not have to turn on my data when I'm at home using Wi-Fi just to see pictures or any kind of digital content. As of Feb 20, no pictures are showing. No artist profile pictures, weverse post pictures, my profile pictures... None are showing. I see others with same issue.

I have updated the app; however, when people post pictures, I only see a white square with the word weverse inside. Also, when I open the app, it displays a bright white splash screen, then a dark screen, then a white screen again. It irritates my eyes. mar/24/25- I still cannot see pictures. The only change is that now the square is black. I'm so sad that I won't be able to see the content of my favorite artists when they come back.

Please fix! Pictures are no longer visible when using wifi. Turn off wifi, switch to data, pictures are visible. The pictures include members uploads, profile pictures and promotional materials. The new changes with recent updates and upcoming updates are making Weverse almost unusable. Upcoming is removing streaming app for smart TVs. I bought my current brand smart TV specifically because Weverse was an available app. Please fix these problems!

Hello weverse team, I have been using the app since 2022 and just recently have been having a problem like many others from what I've seen in the reviews section, is that recently I am unable to see any photos, videos or profile pictures from artists that I follow nor can I see any thumbnails for videos, and I can't even download an image or video from the artist on my device to see it either. please fix this soon or I will delete my account again. Thank you

Last week or so I can no longer see pictures and artist profile pictures on the mobile app or mobile browser. J-Hope concert information I cannot see updates that are only pictures. Nor any member pictures uploaded. Notifications have also stopped working consistently. I am relying on twitter ARMY for information now. This is something that needs to be fixed immediately.

I can no longer see pictures, thumbnails, or posts... everything is blank and won't load, and i can't save pictures either. I can watch lives, but that's the only thing. Whatever this last update was, it's not compatible with all devices. Please fix asap!!!!

Its recently updated version isn't that convenient for us. Could you bring back the bomb for ARMY because we're more prefer the original one to this. Also, you should control the notifications because even though I didn't join others, they're still notified about it, and I am really sick of that. Also, the translate part has some errors and is not exactly the same as Korean. So overall, it's a pretty cool app, but if you fix these issues ASAP, it'll be more enjoyable.

This app is great exspecually for international fans like myself but one bad thing is the translation deal. A lot of times you cannot translate a post or comment because it says theres a high number of requests which is super annoying. So if that can be fixed I would like it to but otherwise this app is great and I've had no other problems. Keep up the good work!

I'm trying to enjoy it, but this app needs alot of work... main problem is the crashing and connecting issues. everytime an artist posts something, can't see it until a few hours because the servers can't handle that many people at one time. also, it constantly logs me out and I have to keep refreshing to get back in. have a better system to control what content in being SENT to the artist and what what content is being DELETED by reports. There's more, but I'm running out of space.

so, the concept of this app is great (being able to connect directly with BTS), but it's honestly really chaotic without any sort of organization. too many people arguing over "hide from artist" and trying to tell other people what to post when we should honestly just have separate channels for different types of content. like, for example, a channel for introductions, one for memes/silly posts, one for longer heartfelt messages, one for fanart, and one for armys to interact with each other.

I changed my rating from a 4 to a 3! Firstly organization of the media section of the artist is confusing! I literally scrolled through the info trying to find my paid content and never found it! You should have kept the breakdown categories at the top! example you could select MV a list of music videos for artist show! Secondly Where are Captions? Usually within a few days of video caption are available in differing languages! So what's going on? I guess I'll just check back periodically!

The translation needs to be improved. It's not always accurate. The kpop idols/artists should be able to have a post translated into their language. Notifications don't work (I don't get any). I have the setting for notifications turned on. I log in daily to see if there have been any posts. This and the translations need to be fixed. There should be English subtitles for the livestreams.

Their motto is "Official for all fans." which couldn't be farther from the truth. They don't put up subtitles, not even Korean ones. It is not at all user friendly, you have to click through so many things to set up your profile. The user search doesn't work, so finding your friends is nearly impossible. Even the most basic option of dark mode isn't available. Auto translate is complete trash, good luck trying to understand things properly. Customer service is non existent.

I have some suggestions for the media aspect of the app. It would be nice to have a setting to default the closed caption to whatever language we speak. it gets annoying having to re-turn it on for each video. Also for freak sake add autoplay, you have clearly made it obvious you prefer fans to watch content here instead of Vlive, but I'd still rather just watch everything there in order to binge watch episodes, if I could I would've watched the latest bon voyage and the current breaking the silence series on Vlive. Also to get a slight advantage over Vlive is you could also fix the software to play and pause media with bluetooth e.g. airpods, galaxybuds etc. It would be nice if you actually read these because this app could be so much better in many aspects, I just wanted to touch this small portion alone.

There's no download option for the media you purchase so you can always have access. I tried to watch In The Soop and every time I tap on it (I bought it in December) it pops up for about 4 secs and then backs me up to the main screen. I paid $60 for something I can ONLY watch on this app and now the app won't even allow me to watch it. atleast Netflix and Disney let you download shows to your device for a short time. I'm disappointed. Update: They changed the app and it's more difficult :(
